Inclusive Calendar 2023
Every child has the right to be included. One way to ensure every child feels seen, is to recognise days that are significant to their culture, interests, abilities, language, or any other attribute that makes them unique.
This calendar includes days of cultural significance, language weeks, awareness days, days about global issues and celebrations that might simply be of interest to your learners.
We have also included a survey form that can be distributed to parents, to find out about significant days for your student’s whānau.
