Fairness and Equity
Establishing an inclusive classroom culture needs everyone on-board, and that includes your students. We've given an Aotearoa spin on the classic band-aid lesson; using our Te Reo Māori and English prompt cards, students use the tangible idea of an injury, to conceptualise why treating everyone exactly the same, isn't always the fair thing to do. This is a great lesson to begin the year or new term with.
