Save the Children works in communities in New Zealand and around the world, making sure children are healthy, nourished, protected and have access to education. Through our ground-breaking work in child survival, early education and protection, we provide children with a strong foundation for the future.

With our supporters’ help, we were able to reach 55 million children across the globe in 2014.

Working in New Zealand

We work with children and their families across the Asia Pacific region, in other parts of the world during humanitarian crises.

Here in New Zealand we advocate for children's rights and fight to give them a voice.  We work to help children build an understanding of their rights and responsibilities, and to help them learn about what life is like for children in other countries.
