A devastating tsunami with waves up to three meters high was triggered by a powerful earthquake in Sulawesi, Indonesia.

Reports confirm that over 2,000 people have been reported dead, and sadly the number is expected to rise.

Thousands of homes have been destroyed and families are sleeping out in the open. Food, clean water and shelter is urgently needed to save lives right now.

Children have suffered an unimaginably traumatic event and they continue to be shaken by the hundreds of aftershocks which have hit the area since the earthquake.

Children are extremely vulnerable in a disaster zone like this. Sadly, we’re hearing more reports of children who’ve been separated in the chaos. Their parents are either missing or dead.
